Ricky Borders, 48, has seven warrants on file. Borders is wanted for domestic assault and violating his condition of release. He is 5 feet 9 inches tall, 190 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.
Tiffany Mosley, 25, has seven warrants on file. Mosley is wanted on seven counts of theft. She is 5 feet 7 inches tall, 155 pounds, with blue eyes and strawberry blonde hair.
