CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Clarksville police are looking for a suspect who they believe has been involved in vehicle thefts and forging titles.
William Joyvonne Carter, 18, has warrants on file for criminal simulation and forging of titles. Police said he has been involved with vehicle thefts, making titles, and attempting to sell the vehicles online.
