CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Clarksville police have located a suspect wanted for firing a shot at another man at during a fight at an apartment complex.
18-year-old Timothy Hutcherson was located in the Market Street area September 24 around 3:50 p.m. and taken into custody without incident.
He was wanted for aggravated assault after allegedly discharging the firearm at the victim when a verbal argument escalated.
The victim, who knows Hutcherson, was not injured.
The incident occurred around 1:20 a.m. at the Residences at Fort Campbell, 1671 Fort Campbell Blvd.
