CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – A suspect in a March shooting that left a man with multiple injuries was found and arrested by Clarksville Police.
On March 29, 2020, Clarksville Police were dispatched to a shooting at 203 Beech Street where they found a person with multiple gunshots to their body.
When police interviewed the victim, he stated he saw a vehicle he recognized belonged to an acquaintance and approached the vehicle’s passenger side window.
The passenger rolled down the window, produced a gun and opened fire on the victim.

The victim described the shooter as a light-skinned man with dreads and positively identified Amazae Fairrow in a photo line up.
Amazae Demetrius Fairrow, 18, is charged with one count of aggravated assault.
He was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on April 9 on a $500,000 bond.
