HOPKINSVILLE, Tenn. – After the reopening of a cold case, an indictment has been served for the suspect in a 2012 fatal shooting in Hopkinsville.
A news release states that 37-year-old Darius Joiner of Louisville has been indicted for the murder of Jovan Radford.
The shooting took place in April 2012 outside of a South Campbell St. home. Detectives were able to secure a warrant following a lengthy investigation.
Joiner is currently in the Marion County Jail on unrelated charges and will be served the warrant by local authorities.
