A Celebration of Life service for Susie Lee Suiter, 90, of Clarksville, TN will be Wednesday, September 11, 2024, at 2:00 PM at Sykes Funeral Home with Pastor Jerry Jeter and Pastor Scott Aleridge.
Burial will follow in Pleasant View Baptist Church Cemetery where she will be laid to rest alongside her husband, Homer Suiter, of 64 years. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 10, 2024, from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM and again on Wednesday from 12:30 PM until the hour of service at the funeral home.
Susie was born on October 22, 1933, in Erin, TN to Cook and Louise Coleman. She passed away on September 7, 2024. Susie was a member of Pleasant View Baptist Church. She was retired beautician of over 40 years. Susie loved cooking, being outside, and spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by her sister, Kimble Boone. Susie is survived by her daughter, LaDonna (Gordon “Bubba”) Clinard, son, Brad Suiter, and granddaughter, Hannah (Chris Yarborough) Clinard.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
