CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Friday is officially the first day of spring, and this weekend’s forecast reflects that change.
Temperatures will reach the upper 60s Saturday and Sunday with lows in the 40s.
If you’re ready to get out of the house this weekend, here is a list of some of the best outdoor activities available in Clarksville:
Take a walk at Dunbar Cave Sunday afternoon. Ranger Adam Neblett will discuss the history of the cave from 3-4 p.m. Reservations must be made by Friday at 4:30 p.m.

Break out your fishing poles and head down to Liberty Park. The marina also boasts a large playground, walking paths, and Liberty Park Grill.

Grab a group of friends for a run at the Color Vibe 5K. The race will be held at Beachaven Winery Sat. with registration at 7 a.m. Part of the proceeds benefit Montgomery County Friends of the Shelter.

Check out the 53rd Annual Irish Festival in Erin. Saturday’s festival includes a parade, food, dancing, vendors, and more.

Visit the Clarksville Greenway. This shaded trail is great for running, biking, or just taking a stroll. A community cleanup will also be held Sat. from 8-10 a.m.
