The Clarksville Police Department teamed up with the Clarksville Parks & Recreation Department to “Bridge the Gap” in the community at Summer Night Lights, Wednesday, July 22 in Summit Heights. Earlier in the week police officers shared another evening of activities, fun, and sports with local youngsters at the Kleeman Community Center.
Lieutenant Chad Koyama with the Clarksville Police Department said, “We take pride in building positive relationships with the community we serve. We get a chance to know people in the community and they in turn get a chance to know the officers on a personal level and not just as someone who wears a uniform and drives a patrol car.”
