  • When: First Thursdays, 5-8 p.m.

  • Details: Self-guided tour that combines visual art, live music, engaging events and more. Rain or shine.

Live Music at Beachaven

  • Where: Beachaven Vineyards & Winery, 1100 Dunlop Lane
  • When: 4-7 Fridays and Saturdays, 2-5 p.m. Sundays
  • Cost: Free admission
  • Details: Live music with wines and charcuterie boards for sale, plus a food truck. Guests can bring their own food. Indoors or outdoors on warm, sunny days.

Live Music in Silo Park

  • Where: Old Glory Distilling Co.’s Silo Park, 451 Alfred Thun Road
  • When: 6-9 p.m. Thursdays and Fridays
  • Cost: Free admission
  • Details: Live music with food and cocktails for sale in an open-air venue, with fire pits, bocce ball and cornhole.

  • Details: During the First Thursday Artwalk, catch live music by local artists. This night: Estrogensis, Giovanni Graves and Really Bad People.

  • Details: Wonderlove (Stevie Wonder tribute) will be performing. Food trucks will also be present.

PossumStock 2025

  • Where: Red River Canoe Rental, 8002 US Highway 41, Adams
  • When: Friday-Sunday, Sept. 5-7. Opens noon Friday and closes at noon Sunday.
  • Cost: Tickets $80 presale until Sept. 1, $100 at gate.
  • Details: Annual celebration of the Middle Tennessee underground original music scene with 36 bands on the river side.

F2 Con

  • Where: Wilma Rudolph Event Center, 8 Champions Way
  • When: Friday-Sunday, Sept. 5-7

  • Details: Sixth annual CDE Lightband-sponsored event with gaming competition, vendors, food trucks, and, new this year, cosplay.

Dueling Pianos

  • Details: Talented pianists engage in friendly musical competition. Food will be available for purchase from Wolf Down and food trucks on Main Street.

Sept. 13

Govs Creative Arts Festival

  • Where: Downtown Commons
  • When: 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 13
  • Cost: Free
  • Details: Austin Peay State University’s College of Arts & Letters holding community event for all ages, featuring The Voice contestant Jay Ammo, Music for Mercy, musical performances by faculty and students, spoken word presentations by students from APSU’s creative writing program, and dance performances by local dance studios. Also, hands-on art activities, inflatable and food trucks.

Sevier Days

  • Where: Fort Defiance Interpretive Center & Park, 120 Duncan St.
  • When: 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 13
  • Cost: Free
  • Details: A living history event that features Native American and frontier re-enactors showcasing various activities, including flint knapping, an authentic blacksmith operation, frontier camp life, and flintlock musket firing. The Traveling Caudells will also be performing period music during the event.

Sept. 19

Downtown @ Sundown

  • Where: Downtown Commons, 215 Legion St.
  • When: 7-10 p.m. Friday, Sept. 19
  • Cost: Free
  • Details: Mellencougar (John Mellencamp tribute) will be performing. Food trucks will also be present.

Sept. 20

PokeKon Fest

  • Where: Quality Inn Hotel Exit 4
  • When: 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 20
  • Cost: Tickets $20, kids 11 and younger free (one child per adult)
  • Details: An all-Pokemon show with exhibits featuring toys, games, candy, magazines and more, plus tournaments, cosplay, panels and guest appearances.
