Sept. 13

Dueling Pianos

  • Where: Downtown Commons, 215 Legion Street.
  • When: Friday, Sept. 13 at 7 p.m.
  • Cost: Free
  • Details: Downtown Commons is excited to bring Dueling Pianos to Downtown Clarksville! Join them on September 13 for a dueling night of sing-alongs and entertainment.

Sept. 13-15

Bikers Who Care Toy Run and Party

  • Where: Clarksville Speedway and Fairgrounds, 1600 Needmore Road.
  • When: Friday, Sept. 13-15.
  • Cost: Tickets are $35 online in advance for all three days. Tickets at the gate will be $40. Camping for motorcycles is free. It’s $25 per RV or camper, or $10 per car or truck.
  • Details: The Toy Run itself will be Saturday, Sept. 14, with lineup at 11  a.m. at Governor’s Square Mall; this is a change from previous years. Admission for the Toy Run is one toy or cash donation per person. The ride will end at the Speedway, where toys will be dropped off with YAIPak Outreach from 2-4 p.m.

Sept. 14

Govs Creative Arts Festival

  • Where: Downtown Commons, 215 Legion Street.
  • When: Saturday, Sept. 14 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Cost: Free
  • Details: The Govs Creative Arts Festival will feature various dance, theatre and musical performances and a free activity area, complete with a painting class for all ages, a make-your-own-print experience, an instrument petting zoo and more.

Historic Collinsville bell witch presentation

  • Where: Historic Collinsville, 4711 Weakley Road.
  • When: Saturday, Sept. 14 from 7-10 p.m.
  • Cost: Free
  • Details: Historic Collinsville in rural Montgomery County has announced it will host a special presentation and lantern tour on Saturday, Sept. 14, from 7 to 10 p.m., with Bell Witch researcher Pat Fitzhugh.

Sept. 14-15

Clarksville Anime & Comic Book Convention

  • Where: Quality Inn Exit 4, 3095 Wilma Rudolph Blvd.
  • When: Saturday, Sept 14-15 from 10-4 p.m.
  • Cost: $10. Free admission for military, police, fire, nurses, doctors, students with ID.
  • Details: There will be over 100,000 Comic Books , Toys, Magic Cards & Gaming, Movie Posters , Manga & Anime , Bladed Weapons, Autographs, Wrestling , and Collectibles for sale at the show.

Sept. 15 

4th Annual Hispanic Heritage Festival

  • Where: Wilma Rudolph Event Center, 1190 Cumberland Drive.
  • When: Sunday, Sept. 15 from noon to 6 p.m.
  • Cost: Free
  • Details: Celebrate the Hispanic culture with music, dances, and food for the community.

Chaeyoung Park Piano Concert

  • Where: Mabry Concert Hall, 780 Marion Street.
  • When: Sunday, Sept. 15 at 3 p.m.
  • Cost: $25
  • Details: Chaeyoung Park has been praised as a passionate pianist who “does not play a single note without thought or feeling.” (New York Concert Review).  Enjoy a concert live at the Mabry Concert Hall.

Sept. 17

Styx Concert

  • Where: F&M Bank Arena, 101 Main Street.
  • When: Tuesday, Sept. 17 at 7:30 p.m.
  • Cost: $66 plus.
  • Details: The seven men comprising Styx have committed to rocking the Paradise together with audiences far and wide by entering their second decade of averaging 100 shows a year, and each one of them is committed to making the next show better than the last. See them live in Clarksville!

Sept. 20

Downtown @ Sundown

  • Where: Downtown Commons, 215 Legion Street.
  • When: Friday, Sept. 20 at 7 p.m.
  • Cost: Free
  • Details: See the Prince Experience live at Downtown @ Sundown Summer concert series.

Sept. 21

Bands at the Brewstillery

  • Where: The Star Spangled Brewing Company, 614 North Spring Street.
  • When: Saturday, Sept. 17 from 6-9 p.m.
  • Cost: Free
  • Details: Bring the lawn chairs, the bug spray, the kids, and the pups, but not the outside alcohol. Food will be available for purchase via “Campfire Grill”. Distiller Take Over will perform.
