Strong storms will likely include soaking rain, heavy winds

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – (CLARKSVILLENOW)  A strong storm system moving through middle Tennessee Sunday will bring soaking rain and gusty winds.

The National Weather Service is forecasting wind gusts between 30-35 mph. New rainfall amounts between three quarters and one inch are possible.

Residents should secure any lose objects that could be blown around and drivers of high profile vehicles, should exercise caution late Sunday afternoon and evening.
