Update, 12:05 p.m.: The northbound lanes and one southbound lane are open.
The building sustained moderate damage, according to CFR spokesperson Codie Jordan. Investigators were on the scene working to determine the cause.

CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Vendor’s Mall on Fort Campbell Boulevard was damaged in a fire Tuesday morning.
At about 10:38 a.m., Clarksville Fire Rescue was called to the fire. No one was inside when it started. At about 11:45, CFR crews had the fire out.
Fort Campbell Boulevard was shut down both directions at Ringgold Road and Britton Springs. Drivers were urged to seek alternate routes.
CFR units responding were Engines 5, 7 and 8; Squad 1; Rescue 1 and 6; Ladder 6, Battalion Chief 2 and District Chief 2.
