Mr. Stilton Laverne Kidd was born January 4, 1958 to the proud parents Dorothy Kay (Potts) and Paul L Kidd, in Akron Ohio. Mr. Kidd transitioned from labor to reward on December 30, 2021 and was preceded in death by his parents and siblings: Bettye, Paula, and Raymond and his wife of 31 years, Mrs. Edith Webster Kidd. He received his education in Akron School Systems and was a graduate of the Buchtel High School there in Akron.
In 1983, Stilton married the love of his life, Edith Webster and to this union they were blessed with four loving children.
Stilton was an Army Veteran joining in 1977, he served his country for many years before retiring. He was a Cleveland Browns and Ohio State University football fan. He also had a passion for music and enjoyed providing audiovisual and sound for his church. He also was a comic lover but, nothing gave him more joy than spending time with his family and friends and especially his grandchildren.
He leaves to cherish his memory: Sons- Shedrich (Carrissa), Clarksville, and Jarvis, Tampa, Fl. Daughters- Tanisha, Atlanta, GA, and Stephanie, Rochester, NY. Siblings- Alice Michelle, Alison Renee, and Shelton Ray Kidd, all of Akron. Grandchildren- Bryce and Bryana Webster, Clarksville, TN and a host of nieces and nephews. Mr. Kidd also had many kids he considered sons and daughters around the city that he mentored in church with the audiovisual ministries.
