CW2 (Ret) Sterling R. Dunaway, age 77, of Clarksville, passed away Saturday, May 28,2022.
Celebration of Life will be held at a late date with his remains being laid to rest at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West with full Military Honors.
Sterling entered this life on May 13, 1945 in Murfreesboro, TN to the late Sterling B. Dunaway and Edna Herrod Dunaway.
He was retired from The United States Army, loved to fish and was a former member of Tennessee Bass Association.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Betty Gail Dunaway.
Survivors include his children, Sterling R. Dunaway, Jr.; children by marriage, Joseph L Spencer, Jr. and Donna Holland; siblings, Shelton (Regina) Dunaway, Sandy (Jackie) Dunaway, Steve Dunaway, and Sherry (Steve) Davis.
