Stephen Michael Clouse, age 71 of Clarksville, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 26, 2021.
“Mike” as his friends would call him, was born on August 20, 1950 to the late Johnny Modesta Clouse and Margaret Trotter Clouse. In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by his sister, Martha Clouse Long. He is survived by his sons: Steve Williams, James Michael Clouse; daughter, Amanda Clouse Derington; brothers: Winston Clouse, Larry Clouse; sisters: Ann Clouse Lewis, Karen Clouse Romano; many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Mike was a graduate of Cumberland County High School and a member of Greenfield Missionary Baptist Church. He worked in customer service in various industries up until his retirement. He loved photography, tennis and fishing. He really liked sports cars with 4 barrel engines. Kind hearted, funny and caring were some of the words used to describe him. He had a way of making you laugh. He loved seeing his grandbabies and giving them Little Debbie cakes. He will be missed.
The family will have a private memorial service on Sunday, November 7, 2021 at 2:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mid-Cumberland Meals on Wheels, 111 General Rice St, Dover, TN 37058 in honor of Mike Clouse.
