ADAMS, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – The Tennessee-Kentucky Threshermen’s Association 54th annual Steam Threshing Show started Thursday and continues through Saturday at the Bell School grounds in Adams.

Thursday was Horse Pull Night, featuring draft horses and mules. A pair of them ranged around 3,500 pounds, pulling sleds that started at 3,550 pounds and reaching over 6,000 pounds.

For the Tractor Pull Night on Friday, all tractors have to be considered antique, so nothing newer than 1960. The event includes food trucks and vendors, with a large assortment of tractors and farm equipment on display.

Friday and Saturday the gates open at 8 a.m., with events continuing through 8 p.m. Admission is $10, with children 12 and younger free.
