Seltzer beverages are the new craze, and The Star-Spangled Brewing Company has innovatively created the first seltzer bar in the industry, bringing customers the alcoholic drink with a DIY spin.
Customers can create their own seltzer drinks by adding cherry lime, blueberry, lemonade, and even the surprisingly popular pickle juice flavors to accompany the fizzy alcoholic seltzer made in-house.
It is just part of the fun at Star Spangled Brewing going on as they celebrate their third birthday on Saturday, Oct. 24.
Head Brewer Joshua Romaker and Allen Duvall, the brew master, sat with Z95.7 on air talent Samantha Knight for “I’d Tap That,” a radio series that explores the local craft beer scene and talked about their new seltzer bar.
Josh and Allen, along with “beer-istas” Jessie, Kelsey, Devin and Sarah, also discussed their Oktoberfest celebration and details on the new facility they are building in downtown Clarksville and hope to open the beginning of 2021.
