Replace Air Filters and Light Bulbs
Clean light fixtures and globes
Replace Batteries in Smoke Detectors
Clean carpets
Family Room or Bonus Room:
Move Furniture and vacuum underneath and under cushions
Dust shelves, pictures and knickknacks
Bedrooms & Closets:
Flip Mattress
Clean and organize closets and donate unwanted clothing
Bathrooms:
Wash your decorative towels and bath mats
Replace your shower curtain liner
Clean and sanitize trash cans
Clean exhaust fan
Kitchen:
Move, sweep and mop behind Appliances
Clean interior of oven and microwave
Clean out refrigerator and throw out expired foods.
Clean outside of all appliances to remove fingerprints. A soft cotton cloth and baby oil works great on stainless steel appliances. Rub with one cloth then dry with another.
Clean and sanitize trash cans.
Exterior:
Powerwash house and deck
Clean out gutters
Trim bushes and trees
Freshen flower beds with new mulch and fresh flowers
Clean out garage
Once your home is fresh and ready buyers will love spending time in it and will be able to see themselves living there.
