SCOTTSVILLE, Ky. – Bradley Madden’s case was bound over to a grand jury in Kentucky on Wednesday, according to WKRN News 2.

The 20-year-old is charged with 16 counts of terroristic threatening in the third-degree and 16 counts of intimidating a participant in the legal process.

Police said Madden began sending private messages to Scottsville police after his father, Timothy Madden, was arrested for 7-year-old Gabriella “Gabbi” Doolin’s death.

If Bradley Madden makes bail, a judge has ordered him to stay out of Allen County, Kentucky and to stay off of social media.

Timothy Madden, 38, is charged with kidnapping, rape, sodomy and murder.

Doolin was found dead on Nov. 14 in a small stream of water after she was reported missing at a little league football game.

Kentucky State Police previously told News 2 Bradley Madden is not being investigated in connection to his father’s murder case.
