FORT CAMPBELL, Ky. (AP) — Around 100 soldiers returned to Fort Campbell Wednesday joining close to 185 soldiers who returned earlier this week from West Africa.

The soldiers, with the 101st Sustainment Brigade, 86th Combat Support Hospital and 101st Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion were welcomed home in two ceremonies Wednesday after they returned from West Africa.

The soldiers provided humanitarian assistance as part of Operation United Assistance and were among those sent to West Africa to help in the fight against Ebola.
