FORT CAMPBELL, Ky. – Approximately 200 soldiers from the 101st Sustainment Brigade, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) will return to Fort Campbell Sunday, and 115 soldiers from the 101st Sustainment Brigade and 86th Combat Support Hospital are scheduled to return Monday.

Family, friends, and fellow soldiers will gather at a ceremony to welcome the returning soldiers home from their deployment to West Africa where the unit provided humanitarian assistance in support of Operation United Assistance, the comprehensive U.S. government response to the Ebola pandemic.

These soldiers completed their 21-day controlled monitoring at Fort Bliss and Fort Hood, Texas respectively.

During the ceremony Sunday, leadership from the 101st Sustainment Brigade will uncase the brigade’s colors.

Both ceremonies will be held in Hangar 3. Sunday’s ceremony will begin at 3:30 p.m. and Monday’s will begin at 11:40 a.m.
