CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – A Fort Campbell soldier has been indicted by the Montgomery County Grand Jury for a fatal crash that occurred Nov. 14, 2015.
The crash occurred just before 3:00 a.m. at the 101st/Trenton Road intersection.
According to an earlier release, a car heading eastbound on the parkway was struck from behind by a pickup truck driven by 26-year-old Jacob Clark, a Fort Campbell solider.
The collision caused the pickup truck to override the car, and push it through the intersection. Roshawnda Dolson of Clarksville, a passenger in the car, was pronounced dead at the scene. Derrick Bradford Jr. was seriously injured.
An arrest warrant states that Clark’s blood alcohol content was more than twice the legal limit.
Clark has been indicted on eight counts for vehicular homicide, DUI, reckless endangerment, aggravated assault, vehicular assault and a seatbelt violation.
