Solar eclipse gate closures for Fort Campbell

Certain gates at Fort Campbell will be temporarily closed Monday.

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Certain gates at Fort Campbell will be temporarily closed Monday, Aug. 21 for the total solar eclipse.

From 10:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. the following gates will be closed along Highway 79:

101st Airborne and Highway 79 gate, Palmyra and Highway 79 gate, and Lafayette gate off Highway 107 near Lafayette, Kentucky.
