CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – A group of organizations is presenting a Small and Minority Business Workshop from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 25 at the Austin Peay State University (APSU) Morgan University Center.
Business professionals will be providing advice to help owners and entrepreneurs get their businesses on the right track and keep them there. Training topics range from mindset coaching to funding to social media management to doing business with the government.
Sessions will be designed especially for small businesses, minority-owned businesses, women-owned businesses and essentially anyone looking to open or expand a business. A panel of successful local business owners from various industries will discuss their lessons learned and best practices.
The event is sponsored by Fortera Credit Union and presented by the Small Business Development Center at Austin Peay State University, the Clarksville Human Relations Commission, TN Minority Business Alliance, and Clarksville Cash Mob.
