Update, 3:10 p.m.: Baker was last seen on Monday, and it is believed he may have left his house on Winding Bluff Way, off Trenton Road, before 8 a.m. Tuesday, according to Clarksville Police Lt. Melissa Spielhagen. “Ricky has some cognitive decline and might struggle to answer questions beyond just ‘yes’ or ‘no,'” Spielhagen said.

CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has issued a Silver Alert for a 65-year-old Clarksville man.
Ricky Baker is 5-foot-8, 185 pounds, with brown eyes and a bald head, the alert states. He was last seen wearing a red shirt with “Proud Dad” on it and green shorts. “He has a medical condition that may impair his ability to return safely without assistance,” the TBI said.
