CLARKSVILLE, TN − Signature Healthcare of Clarksville is proud to announce the induction of five individuals into its Hall of Fame. This year’s ceremony will take place on Nov. 7, at 6 p.m. at Signature Healthcare of Clarksville, located at 198 Old Farmers Road. The evening will celebrate the contributions and life stories of these honorees.

The evening’s program will include a welcome and opening remarks by Ben Crider, who will lead an opening prayer and deliver “Hometown Hero,” a poem by Ethan Sturgill. The event will be accompanied by music from Star Berry.

The honorees for this year’s Hall of Fame include:

  • Deborah Fisher – A dedicated paralegal from Robertson County, Deborah Fischer has devoted her career and personal life to helping others.
  • Faye Guerrero-Lynn – Born in the Philippines, Faye has served as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with Signature Healthcare of Clarksville for a decade.
  • Cindy Hancock – With a career as a Hospice Care Consultant at Gentiva Hospice, Cindy has spent significant time supporting the residents of Signature Healthcare.
  • Briana “Bri” Coleman – As the Business Office Manager at Signature Healthcare of Clarksville, Bri’s journey from earlier roles within the company to her current position showcases her growth and service.
  • Theresa Milligan – A Virginia native, Theresa serves as Vice President of the Resident Council, advocating for residents’ rights.
