CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office responded to a shots-fired call on Apple Valley Road on Monday afternoon, according to a news release.
At approximately, 2:30 p.m., an adult male, who has yet to be identified, was shot by the homeowner. The gunshot victim left the scene but was later located and is now being transported to Tennova Healthcare-Clarksville.
MCSO says that this was an isolated incident, and there is no additional threat to the public. The investigation is ongoing, said the release.
