FORT CAMPBELL. KY. – (ESPN Clarksville) Sheree Pollock, a senior at Fort Campbell High School, is this week’s ESPN Clarksville & Culver’s High School Athlete of the Week. A signing ceremony was held Monday at the school as she joins Kentucky Wesleyan College.
Fort Campbell Track & Field Coach, Tavis Kennedy, talked about Sheree’s importance to the team. “Sheree’s dedication to the team has been above what I could ever expect. She puts in hard work each and every day at practice and she’s determined to compete on the next level,” said Kennedy.
Pollock has contributed to the Falcons athletic department participating in Cross Country, Volleyball along with Track & Field. Academically, over her four years in high school she has maintained a GPA over 3.2.
With 32 college acceptances, and 24 academic scholarship offers totaling over $1,000,000, she will attend Kentucky Wesleyan to complete a double major in political science and criminology.
