Shelton “Ross” Duncan, Jr., age 55, of Clarksville, passed away Friday, December 19, 2014 at his residence.
Ross was born May 14, 1959, in Dickson, TN, to Bessie Shye Duncan and the late Shelton Duncan, Sr.
Ross was a former Montgomery County Sheriff Reserve Deputy. He was a member of the First Assembly of God and the Conservation Club.
Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, December 23, at the Chapel of Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home, with Bro. Louie Montoya officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday, December 22, and from 10 a.m. until the hour of service Tuesday at the funeral home.
In addition to his mother, Mr. Duncan is survived by Dott Duncan of Clarksville; two daughters, Heather Duncan and Amanda Duncan, both of Clarksville; grandson, Isiah Duncan; brother Harold (Marie) Chester of Indian Mound, TN; and two sisters, Darlene (Andy) Nichols of Clarksville, and Linda (Tommy) Wheeler of Cedar Hill, TN.
Montgomery County Sheriff Deputies will serve as pallbearers.
