Frosty was born on April 28, 1952 in Cleveland, OH to Noel Eugene Yarbrough and the late Bertha Irene Calffee Yarbrough.

Frosty is survived by her father, Noel Eugene Yarbrough of New Port, TN; sister, Henrietta Jones of Clarksville, TN; and six brothers.
