CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – A Severe Thunderstorm Warning has been issued for Clarksville-Montgomery County on Monday morning, which is expected to extend until 11:15 a.m., according to AccuWeather. The warning was issued at 10:33 a.m. and for the other surrounding counties: Stewart, Robertson, Houston, Dickson and Cheatham County.

At 10:32 a.m., severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Clarksville to 8 miles east of Erin to 8 miles southwest of Tennessee Ridge, moving east at 40 miles per hour. Radar indicated 60 mph wind gusts and expects damage to roofs, siding and trees.

Total locations set to be impacted include the following: Clarksville, Springfield, Oak Grove, Erin, Fort Campbell, Coopertown, Guthrie, Tennessee Ridge, Pleasant View, Adams, Vanleer, Cedar Hill, Cumberland City, Slayden, Cheatham Dam, Palmyra, Woodlawn and Cunningham.

AccuWeather said this includes Interstate 24 between mile markers 1 and 25.
