CLARKSVILLE, Tenn (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Mayor Joe Pitts administered the oath of office to seven new Clarksville Police Department cadets Tuesday, September 3, at the City Council Chambers.
The new officers will be trained in-house at the Police Department until they begin the Tennessee Law Enforcement Training Academy on September 29, 2019 and graduate December 20, 2019.
The Clarksville Police Department has an extremely competitive hiring process, and congratulates each of the new cadets on their achievement.
Cadets that took the oath of office (left or right) include, John Riley, Matthew Harrington, Tanner Cernick, Jorge Castillo, Matthew Cassford, Breighanna Dilsaver and Armando Ferreira.
