CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Services for celebrated outdoorsman Wade Bourne will be held today at First Baptist Church of Clarksville.
Bourne, a Clarksville native, author, TV and radio host died Friday of a heart attack. He was 69.
A Celebration of life service will be held Tuesday, December 20, at 1:00 PM, at First Baptist Church of Clarksville, with Rev. Larry Riley and Rev. Bill Graham officiating.
Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12:00 PM until the hour of service, at the church.
Bourne was founder and host of the award-winning Wired2Fish/Hunt Radio, a syndicated fishing/hunting show carried nationally on some 280 radio stations.
Bourne was a veteran contributor to several outdoor magazines and was Editor-at-Large for Ducks Unlimited Magazine and Senior Writer for Bassmaster Magazine.
