CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – A semi-truck blocked N. Liberty Church Rd. off Dover Rd. Thursday morning, causing a minor traffic jam in the neighborhood.
A resident said the truck was attempting to back up and misjudged how much space the vehicle had to maneuver, causing its tires to get stuck in a yard.
The truck was still blocking the roadway as of 11:30 a.m.
