Scott Allen Mumaw, age 56 of Clarksville, passed away Thursday, June 10, 2021 at Continue Care Hospital in Madisonville, Ky.
He was born December 6, 1964 in Salem, Ohio to the late Robert John Mumaw and Nina Jones. Scott was a U.S. Army Veteran.
He is survived by his husband, William Chad Self; brothers, Robert Mumaw and Daniel Mumaw and sisters, Christine Kyser, Heather Palmer and Amber Knutsen.
Graveside services will be held at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West on Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at 1 p.m. Visitation will be Tuesday, June 15, 2021 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home.
