CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Appleton Harley-Davidson welcomed Adam Sandoval and his Chihuahua, Scooter, to their dealership Monday for the Scootin’ America scholarship event.
Sandoval and his sidekick are traveling by motorcycle to all of the lower 48 states to raise money for the families of fallen soldiers through The American Legion Legacy Scholarship Fund.
Veteran and Olympic medalist Health Calhoun, Scott and Denise High of Thunder Road Magazine, Tuckessee H.O.G Chapter members, Combat Vets MC, American Legion Riders, and several Appleton’s employees greeted the pair around 11:30, and the event quickly raised over $800.
