MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Tenn. – Clarksville-Montgomery County students enjoyed a snow day Tuesday, but weather predictions may cause more missed days this week.

Elise Shelton, Communications Director for CMCSS, said the School Board has five built-in forgiveness days. Students will not have to make up those days that are in place.

However, if more than five days are missed before TCAP testing begins, students will have to make up the days by staying an additional 30 minutes each day until the time is accounted for.

Currently students have only missed one day. Days with delayed start times are not considered missed.

Teachers are only given three forgiveness days and must make up any beyond that.
