Sarah Jo Hicks, age 90, of Clarksville, TN passed away on Wednesday, February 21, 2024.
Celebration of Life will be held 11 a.m. Monday, February 27, 2024, at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Dr. Kim Allen officiating. Burial will follow at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West.
The family will receive friends on Monday, from 9:30 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.
Sarah entered this life on August 24, 1933, in Dunlap, TN to the late William and Mary Smith Pursley. She was a member of Little West Fork Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Ret. Sgt Maj. Billy Hicks, and siblings, Leon, Jack, J.L. and Anna Pursley.
Survivors include her son, David Earl Hicks, and his wife, Kristin; daughter, Pamela Karen Brisendine; grand-dogs Mia and Bear, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
