Sandra Jane Swainson, age 73 of Clarksville, TN, died Tuesday, August 21, 2013 at her residence.
She was born on March 21, 1940 in Chicago, IL to the late Robert Dewey Coleman and Kathryn Deason Coleman. She was also preceded in death by one brother, Jack Coleman.
The funeral service will be held on Sunday, August 25, 2013 at 2 p.m., at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel, with Rev. Steve Lannom officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 24, 2013 from 4-7 p.m. and Sunday, August 25, 2013 from noon until the hour of service.
She is survived by husband, Dr. Charles Nelson Swainson of Clarksville, TN; three sons, Gregory Scott (Cathy) Horton of Goodlettsville, TN, Steven Anderson Horton of Clarksville, TN and Robert Marc Swainson of Mt. Juliet, TN; daughter, Ronda Raye (Richard) Ware of Rome, GA; three step-children, Joey (Teri) Swainson, Nelson (Gina) Swainson, and Tamra (David) Vestal; seven grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Family and friends will serve as Pallbearers.
