Sandra Kay Boyles, age 78, of Clarksville, TN, passed away Saturday, October 28, 2023, at Spring Meadows in Clarksville, TN.
Sandra was born July 20, 1945, in Toledo, OH to the late Clifton Ray Cassetty and Edna Copass Cassetty.
Ms. Boyles was mostly known by the name Kay and spent her early life in Charlestown, IN where she graduated from high school. She moved to Nashville, TN and was associated with David Lipscomb College. Eventually she moved to the Clarksville, TN area where she worked in the business department of Spring Meadows Facility until retirement. She spent the last years of her life as a resident of Spring Meadows.
Kay was a member of the Church of Christ, where she enjoyed many friendships throughout the years. She loved to write poems about the many simple things in life and enjoyed sharing them with her friends.
Kay is survived by her brother Eddie (Kathy) Cassetty of South Fulton, TN, two nephews; Eric (Tara) Cassetty of Allen, TX, Matt (Kelly) Reeves of Murfreesboro, TN, and two nieces; Mindy (Steve) Halverson of Martin, TN, and Sarah (Dale) Pryor of Gallatin, TN, as well as nine great-nephews and nieces.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister and brother-in-law, Patsy and Charles Reeves.
Per her wishes, no public services will be held.
