Ruth Ann Bowers, age 71 of Clarksville, passed away Thursday, September 17, 2015.
Visitation Wednesday, September 23, 2015 12:00 noon til 7p.m. with the family present 5p.m.til 7p.m. at Foston Funeral Home. Funeral service 12:00 noon Thursday, September 24, 2015 at Christ the Healer Church. Burial Benevolent Lodge #210.
She was born May 15, 1944 in Cedar Hill, TN to the late RaBon Bowers and Catherine Northington. She retired from Bosch Breaking System now known as Akebono Brake Corporation. She was a member of Thomas Chapel Seven Day Adventist, Erin, TN and a Foster Grandparent for Clarksville-Montgomery County School System.
She leaves to cherish her loving memory daughter, Artisha L. Bowers, Middletown, OH; sons, Nathan L. Bowers and Shannon L. Bowers both of Clarksville, TN; sisters, Virginia Sue Ogburn, Clarksville, TN and Nancy Luetta Russel, Nashville, TN; brothers, Robert Louis Bowers and Roy Thomas Bowers both of Clarksville, TN and 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
