Rullio (Abel) Lopez, 85, of Clarksville, TN, passed away on Wednesday, March 4, 2015, at Grace Healthcare.
Rullio was born on March 14, 1929, in Indio, CA to the late Jose Lopez and Josefina Reyes Lopez.
Graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, March 12, 2015 at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery-West in Hopkinsville, KY with Rev. Steve Lannom officiating. Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Wednesday, March 11, 2015, with a Masonic service to follow at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home.
Rullio was a U.S. Army Veteran, having served in the Korean Conflict and Vietnam War. He was a former member of Cumberland Drive Baptist Church. He was a very active member of Mason Lodge #89 for over fifty years.
Rullio is survived by his wife, Rosemary Richardson Lopez of Clarksville, TN; two sons, Christopher Lopez (Alison) of Houston, TX and Michael Lopez of Clarksville, TN; three daughters, Sandy Lopez (Scott Jackson) of Clarksville, TN, Michelle Tucker of Clarksville, TN, and Natascha Eichsteadt of Colorado; and brother, Aurellio Lopez of California.
