CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Close to 60 volunteers, members of the Rotary Clubs of Clarksville, came together Saturday, September 26 at the Where Imagination Flows Community Built Playground at Liberty Park to make some needed improvements.
The Clarksville Rotary Club led the project and were joined by members of the Sunrise and Sunset Rotary Clubs. All of the Rotarians were working but also having fun as they painted and helped brighten up the facility for families and children.
Clarksville Rotary President Kimberly Wiggins said the club had donated the playground for children and wanted to reinvest in the project.
All three local Rotary clubs are partnering and sharing their efforts and talents to host other events and projects through next year for the Clarksville-Montgomery County community.
