Robin Sue Carter, age 66 of Clarksville, passed away on June 13, 2021.
She was born on November 8, 1954 in Stilwater, Minn. to Dewey and Susan Graham. Robin loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed playing computer games, puzzles and cooking.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Carter, Jr. and sisters, Margaret Jo McDonald and Beth Crow. She is survived by her children: Scott (Cheryl) Graham, Amy Carter and Samantha Carter; sisters, Charlotte Rolbiecki and Jody Townsend; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
