Robert “Bobby” Westley Crabtree, age 74, of Clarksville, passed away Saturday, December 18, 2021, at Tennova Healthcare.
Bobby was born March 31, 1947, in Fort Campbell, KY, to the late Jasper Crabtree and Mary Brummett Crabtree. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Bonnie Crabtree; son, Robert Hodges; four brothers, Bill Crabtree, Ray Crabtree, Allen Crabtree, and Harold Crabtree; and one sister, Virginia Dionne.
He is survived by his daughter, Lorie Crabtree (Mike Alcantar); one sister, Judy Thillemann; three grandchildren, Abbie Alcantar, Aidan Alcantar, and Hiram Alcantar; six great grandchildren; mother-in-law, Dorothy Hodges; sisters-in-law, Wanda Phillips and Cathy Trotter; and brother-in-law, Harold Hodges.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Wednesday, December 22, at 1:00 PM, at the Chapel of Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Marion United Methodist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, December 21, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM, and Wednesday, December 22, from 12:00 PM until the hour of service, at the funeral home.
Mr. Crabtree was a US Army veteran and served a tour in Vietnam. He later retired from Red Knight Distribution.
Honorary pallbearers will be employees of Red Knight Distribution.
