Robert Edward (Puff) MacNeil Jr., age 54, of Clarksville, passed away Saturday, February 28, 2015 at Gateway Medical Center.
Bobby was born December 31, 1960 in Columbus, OH, to the late Robert Edward MacNeil, Sr. and Dorothy Herma Morris MacNeil.
Bobby was a retired Heavy Equipment Operator at T.W. Fryerson. He was baptized at First Presbyterian Church. The family takes great pride in knowing he is in the Lord’s arms.
Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, March 3 at the Chapel of Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home, with Pastor Greg Glover officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Monday, March 2, and from 11 a.m. until the hour of service on Tuesday, March 3 at the funeral home.
Bobby is survived by one brother, Michael (Brenda) MacNeil of Clarksville; four sisters, Jo Taulbee (Roger Davenport) of Clarksville, Mary Katherine (Harold) Lee of Dallas, TX, Toni (Johnny) Minter of Lebanon, TN, Gina (Michael) Lanning of Murfreesboro, TN.
Pallbearers will be Roger Davenport, Cullum Levell, Gary Wallis, Gerald Lambert, Steve Rushen, and Steve Adams.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to First Presbyterian Church, 213 Main Street, Clarksville, TN 37040.
