Robert “Bob: Isaac Napier, age 92, of Clarksville, passed away on Monday, March 13, 2023, at AHAVA.
Bob was born March 8, 1931, in Smith Co., TN, to the late Frank Napier and Maude Jenkins Napier. He is also preceded in death by his first wife, Bobbie Sue Agee Napier and second wife, Shirley Wall Napier; brothers, Marvin, Frankie, Donald, Carl and Roger Napier; sisters, Mary Katherine Allmon and Eve Lee Woodard; daughter-in-law, Kim Elaine Kogut Napier.
Bob is survived by his son, Kenneth Wayne Napier (Ellen); daughter, Debbie Lynn Guest (Scott); grandchildren, Tami Stotts (Rod), Kelly Peppard (Chris), Jessica Justus (Brad), Kayla Johnson (Michael), Melissa Meyer (Cory); great-grandchildren, Waylon Stotts, Dylan Stotts, Presley Stotts, Noah Peppard, Ashley Peppard, Wyatt Justus, Hayes Johnson; great-great grandchild, Ruthie Peppard.
A Celebration of Life in Roberts honor will be held Thursday, March 16, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Neal Tarpley Parchman Funeral Home. Visitation will be Wednesday, March 15, 2023, from 4:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. at Neal Tarpley Parchman Funeral Home.
