CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – (CLARKSVILLENOW) If you’re looking for a new place in Clarksville to enjoy a meal with family and friends, make your plans soon to stop by The River’s Edge Grill inside the River Club Golf & Learning Center, 1150 Warfield Blvd.
Restaurant General Manager and Head Chef, Felix Diaz, says fresh is the word to describe all of their menu items.
“Everything is made fresh. We have appetizers, salads, sandwiches, burgers, pizza, and there’s a kid’s menu,” Diaz said.
Appetizer choices include BBQ nachos, Bavarian pretzels, and ‘dirty’ fries. For something on the lighter side, you can order one of their many vibrant salads like Chef, Strawberry, or Asian.
Diaz said there is a golf theme for the restaurant’s pizza selection, which goes along with the River Club Golf Course. You can order the penalty stroke, the fairway, the rough, and others.
Diaz wants the public to know that the River’s Edge is not a country club or private membership restaurant. Both the restaurant and golf course are open to the public.
“It’s comfortable, it’s a place where anybody can come in, let your hair down and enjoy food and drink. We have a beautiful view of the golf course on the back patio. Even if you don’t play golf you can come out and enjoy lunch or dinner,” Diaz said.
You’ll find 14 big-screen, high definition TVs on the walls of the restaurant. The dining booths across from the bar area feature 24-inch high definition TVs. You can also call in for carry-out service or call ahead to have your meal ready for you when you are dining in.
Diaz says has the large patio at the back of the restaurant has the best view in town. Enjoy lunch or dinner with a view of the golf course and the woods along the Red River. The patio can also be booked for parties with catering for up to 60 people.
Entertainment is featured on the weekend at The River’s Edge.
