Richard Anthony Costa, age 70, of Clarksville, passed away Sunday, November 6, 2022, at Saint Thomas West in Nashville.
Rich was born September 15, 1952, in Trenton, NJ, to the late Anthony and Antoinette Costa.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia Beckham-Costa; son, James Falzini, Jr; daughters, Janine (Jason) Wingerter and Stefanie (Anthony) Costa-Blair; brother, Joseph (Denise) Costa; grandchildren, Stephen & Sean Sequin, Gianna Urgiles, Hailey Urgiles, and Danica Blair.
A gathering of friends and family will be held from 3:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. Thursday, November 10, 2022, at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home.
