Richard passed away on Saturday, April 13, 2019 at Spring Meadows Healthcare in Nashville.
He was born on December 28, 1948 in Jackson, Mississippi to Stanley Hart and Justine (Hatry) Hart.
He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Doratha Connelly of Goodlettsville. Tennessee Cremation Care is honored to have been entrusted with his cremation services. Condolences for the family may be made on his tribute wall.
